2.1 Role of Marketplace: World of Tiny Homes Marketplace provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. We are not the buyer, seller, or agent of either party in any transaction.
2.2 Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to consumer protection, safety, and tax regulations.
2.3 Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully and ensuring compliance with all laws governing their purchases.
2.4 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or delivery of any product or service listed by third-party sellers.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making or receiving payments, you also agree to their terms and conditions.
3.2 Fees (including listing or transaction fees) will be disclosed prior to posting or purchasing.
3.3 Except as required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1 Seller Refund Policies: Each seller on World of Tiny Homes Marketplace is responsible for setting and communicating their own refund and return policy, which must comply with U.S. consumer protection laws. Buyers should review seller-specific policies before making a purchase.
4.2 Eligibility: Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only available if the seller’s posted policy allows it, or if required by U.S. law (e.g., defective, misrepresented, or non-delivered items).
4.3 Process: Buyers seeking a refund must contact the seller directly through the marketplace platform. If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time, buyers may contact our support team for assistance in mediating the issue.
